In 2017, I started The Perch, a resting place that provides retreats, classes, workshops, and other resources. The mission of The Perch is to help people connect with God to rest, find peace, and experience transformation.

From 2011-2018, I served as the editor and publisher for several ministries of Christianity Today. I oversaw editorial and marketing for brands that included SmallGroups.com, WomenLeaders.com, and Christian Bible Studies. I especially enjoyed creating practical resources for church leaders, including small-group point people and women in ministry.

In 2020, I published my first book, Unhurried: A 52-Week Meditative Bible Reading Guide. In addition, I've written numerous articles and contributed to several other books. I wrote many articles for SmallGroups.com, and I've also had the honor of writing for other publications including WomenLeaders.com, CT Women, and Christianity Today. I've been privileged to speak on multiple occasions on topics related to leadership, small groups, soul care, spiritual disciplines, and Christian living. I've also created high-quality training videos for small-group leaders. As a former small-group director and minister, I especially enjoy leading training events for church leaders. Using interactive learning techniques to engage, I've spoken to a variety of ages, including youth groups.
